Easy of Use
Double strollers are usually an investment that will be using for a long time. If you are in the market for a double stroller, make sure that it is easy to use and clean. The top double strollers have been designed to be user-friendly and include many useful features.

There's a large storage basket and a simple, one-step linked parking brake that makes this stroller easy to maneuver and use.
The only negatives of the Joovy Twin Roo are minor and specific to the model. Kerry says that the packaging is clever and enjoyable, however, it comes in five boxes that can be a little cumbersome to carry around. She also felt that the Genuis magnetic buckle was a bit difficult to master. However, in the end, she was very happy with the stroller and would highly recommend it.
Storage
Strollers come with a variety of sizes and shapes, ranging from tandems with side-by-side doubles to tandem (single-file seating) styles, and a lot allow you to customize your layout with a bassinet or car seat attachment. Some come with rider boards for older siblings. They're not created equal. Some are lightweight and easy to use, while others are heavy, bulky and difficult to fold.
If you're looking for a lightweight double stroller, take a look at the Joovy Caboose Ultralight Graphite. It was the lightest choice in our tests at close to 23 lbs and is also simple to fold, but it has all the features parents need for a fun outing with two kids.
The UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double is a different model that our test subjects loved, especially for its sleek design and user-friendly. It can accommodate two infant car seats, a toddler seat, and a bassinet with no adapters required. The rear seat can also be removed to create triple or quad stroller. It comes with a large basket for storage, and it can be upgraded by adding an organizer for parents and all-terrain tires, as with side storage bags.
Billingsley states that the best double stroller to use for toddlers is one with various options for customization. This includes a seat or a bassinet that can be removed. That's because toddlers often have little endurance, so a stroller with a bassinet attachment will provide them with a safe spot to rest for a nap. A double stroller should come with a sturdy harness system and recline positions, as well as plenty of storage space for toys and snacks.
The ZOE Twin+ is a popular choice for parents because of its light weight and the versatility.
